We first took our program to India in 2014. Since then, we’ve made India a country of focus. At our India Leadership Summits, we focus on four International Summit pillars, which are: Awareness, Communication, Teamwork and Goal Setting. In addition, we use customized activities that address local issues affecting our participants, including child marriage, education inequality, gender-based violence, climate change, self-esteem, and girls’ rights to enter places of worship or public spaces during menstruation.
Southern Africa
In 2007, we launched Goals for Girls in South Africa with our first ever program. Since then, we’ve made Southern Africa an area of focus. At our annual South Africa Leadership Summit, we focus on our 4 International Summit pillars, which are:

Our US based Summits are led by inspiring role models that are experts in various fields. Many US Summits are led by Professional and US Women’s National Team players. Our US based Leadership Summits focus on personal development, leading a team, and leadership in the community. In addition, we use customized activities that address local issues affecting our participants including mental health, body image, confidence and breaking through barriers.
